Job Description, Sales Manager
Purpose of the Job: The sales manager is responsible for selling all current and future SiteHawk® software and services to a wide range of prospective customers and maintaining the highest levels of customer service with existing customers. The position reports to the Director of Sales.

- Lead generation; consistent, organized follow up; proposal writing; and CLOSING skills are essential to the successful candidate.
- Attend National and Regional Trade Shows.
- Demonstrate our SiteHawk® applications and services via web conferencing media or personal visits.
- Utilize your strong sales and marketing skills to locate potential customers, business opportunities, and partnering arrangements.
- Display the highest levels of ethics, determination, and a “desire to win”.
Skills and Education Desired:
- Bachelors Degree required.
- Knowledge of chemical information management, or environmental health and safety and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Strong computer literacy—the ability to use various programs including Word, Excel, ACT, etc.
- Skill set includes competitiveness, a “hunter” mentality, strong work ethic, the ability to manage time wisely, the desire to find and exceed the needs of potential customers, and the ability to meet and exceed goals.
- Strong prospecting, sales, inter-personal and phone skills a must.
Working Conditions and Environment:
- Employee will generally work from our corporate office with limited travel (on an as-needed basis, estimated at 15-20% per month).
- Salary plus commission and travel expenses commensurate with experience and level of success.
