Kim Stier, President and acting Director of Operations
Kim Stier, co-founder, has served as President and Director of Operations since the inception of SiteHawk in 1993. Ms. Stier has over 25 years experience in the occupational, environmental, health, and safety industry, including experience with MSDS Authoring and Chemical Hazard Research and Assessment with Occupational Health Services, Inc. (OHS, currently MDL-OHS), a provider of independently researched chemical MSDS authoring services, software and databases to the Chemical and Pharma industries. After working in the industry and recognizing a need for improved chemical information management through technology, Kim and Jeff Stier launched SiteHawk. SiteHawk and its President have led the industry with cutting-edge, web-based technology, innovative vision, and un-matched customer service. Ms. Stier received her B.A. from The University of Mississippi with an emphasis in Microbiology and Chemistry.

Scott Williams, Director of Sales
Mr. Williams has over 19 years of experience in the EH&S consulting and management field, Six of which have been spent at SiteHawk as the Director of Sales. Mr. Williams has been key in the growth of SiteHawk through strategic development of the sales force as well as development and implementation of a global corporate-wide sales plan. His prior experience includes four plus years with E. Roberts Alley & Associates, Inc., an environmental and civil engineering and safety consulting firm, as their Vice President of Sales and Marketing as well as a voting member of their Board of Directors. He also spent time as the Regional Sales Manager for a specialty chemical manufacturer. Mr. Williams received his B.A. in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.

Jeff Stier, Director of Customer Relations
Jeff Stier, co-founder, has over 20 years of industry related experience. His career began as a Production Coordinator at General Electric Company (GE). During his tenure with GE he had the opportunity to learn and understand the intricate workings of a manufacturing plant and he quickly identified the need for a electronic solution for chemical data management. He was also able to form key relationships in the industry that served him well when he and Kim elected to found SiteHawk in 1993. Mr. Stier has been essential to the growth of the SiteHawk customer base from inception to present. Mr. Stier received his B.S. in Industrial Technology and his M.S. in Industrial Safety from Middle Tennessee State University.

Mr. Massey has over 13 years of industry experience ranging from In-Plant Services Supervisor to Compliance Engineer to Environmental Scientist and Regional EHS Manager. Mr. Massey has worked in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical and waste disposal industries. Prior to joining SiteHawk, he served as the regional EHS manager for a chemical management company and was responsible for overseeing multiple environmental management systems. Mr. Massey received his B.S. in Environmental Science from Ball State University where he specialized in Environmental Management and Public Policy.

Ruth Mayo, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Ms. Mayo has over 6 years of environmental related experience. Before joining the SiteHawk team, Ms. Mayo spent two years with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) where she researched rare plant species, wrote documentation for grants and federal aid as well as public literature. Ms. Mayo has worked with SiteHawk for over three years during which time she has focused on customer education and communication, technological development and design, project management, chemical information management and regultory compliance. Ms. Mayo is a member of SCHC (Society for Chemical Hazard Communication). She received her B.S. in Environmental Science from David Lipscomb University where she specialized in Environmental Chemistry, Environmental Management, and Public Policy.

Mr. Scott is a technology leader with over 13 years experience at recognizing and understanding demanding customer and business needs, and delivering revenue generating technology solutions to meet those needs. Justin joins SiteHawk from Aim Healthcare, a medical billing software company that helps recover over-paid claims, where he lead multiple development teams that delivered enterprise software applications to thousands of hospitals throughout the United States. .Before Aim Healthcare, Justin owned a technology consulting firm called Leaping Technologies that specialized in custom software development that had fortune-500 customers that were in the telecom, manufacturing, technology, and healthcare industries. Mr. Scott received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Florida, with a minor in Business Management.

Dani Amendola, Senior Product Strategist
Mr. Amendola brings over 14 years of technological experience to SiteHawk. Before joining SiteHawk, Mr. Amendola participated in or managed major software and hardware implementations for various clients including First Union, Wachovia, United Cargo, Sara Lee, Krispy Kreme, Microsoft, Amazon.com, The Motley Fool, Finetrics, and eFiltration. In addition, Mr. Amendola has worked as the Senior Business Strategist for divine interVentures, Inc. and as a Practice Manager for BizNexus, Inc. Since 2002, Mr. Amendola has been responsible for all technology implementations of SiteHawk including the localization of SiteHawk Vendor MSDS Management as well as the development of the new authoring product, SiteHawk (M)SDS Engineer.

Mr. Bosnak brings over 15 years of computer expertise to SiteHawk that includes programming, technical support, and over 11 years of computer instruction at the Junior College level. Mr. Bosnak has obtained a Comptia Network+ Certification and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. Since joining SiteHawk he has focused his efforts on customer technical support, application user education, application testing, and network support. Mr. Bosnak earned his A.S. in Computer Programming from Draughons Junior College, his B.S. from Middle Tennessee State University, and his M.S. in Communications Technology from Strayer University.

Brooke Marcum, Production Manager
Ms. Marcum has over 12 years experience in Customer Service and Management with a specific focus in the chemical and computer manufacturing industry. Since 2004, Ms. Marcum has focused her efforts at SiteHawk on chemical information management, project management, customer education and communication, and production management. Ms. Marcum has been integral in the growth, development and management of the production personnel and processes. In addition, she serves on the design team related to software enhancement and new feature development. Ms. Marcum earned her B.B.A. in Finance from Middle Tennessee State University.
Ms. Marcum has over 12 years experience in Customer Service and Management with a specific focus in the chemical and computer manufacturing industry. Since 2004, Ms. Marcum has focused her efforts at SiteHawk on chemical information management, project management, customer education and communication, and production management. Ms. Marcum has been integral in the growth, development and management of the production personnel and processes.
