President & Chief Executive Officer
Ernie Connon | President & Chief Executive Officer
As president and chief executive officer for SiteHawk, Connon is responsible for leading the company and interfacing with customers, employees, investors and stakeholders. Previously, Connon served as worldwide vice president of industry solutions with IBM’s Software Group and president and CEO of Curam Software, Inc., the leading provider of social enterprise management software solutions, which was acquired by IBM in 2011. He has also held senior executive leadership positions at Avesair Inc., Oracle Corporation and British Telecom. Connon is a graduate in business and computer science from Kingston University in London, England.
Chief Financial Officer
Douglas Thede | Chief Financial Officer
As chief financial officer, Thede is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to support SiteHawk’s growth and expansion. Prior to joining SiteHawk, Thede served as chief financial officer at MicroStrategy® Incorporated, a leading provider of enterprise software platforms. He also spent many years working for both multinational, public enterprises as well as several of the large public accounting firms. Thede holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Miami University located in Oxford, Ohio. He is also a certified public accountant.

Kimberley Williams | Chief Marketing Officer
As chief marketing officer for SiteHawk, Williams is responsible for sales, marketing, and product initiatives to accelerate overall business and industry-specific growth, identify new product opportunities, and develop strategies and specific plans to drive results. A enterprise software veteran, Williams brings over 20 years of implementation, product management, and marketing experience from enterprise software giants including Informatica, Curam Software, PeopleSoft, Oracle and Accenture. Williams holds a master’s in production and operations research and management information systems from Virginia Tech.
Chief Operations & Technology Officer
Tom Deise | Chief Operations & Technology Officer
As chief operations and technology officer, Deise leads SiteHawk’s information technology and customer services teams. His extensive experience in operational excellence and strategic use of technology drives SiteHawk’s commitment to providing exemplary customer service and innovative solutions. Deise has held executive and leadership roles at software startups, Diona and Curam Software, as well as consulting and technology firms, IBM and Accenture. Deise earned a master’s degree in business administration from Florida State University and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Loyola University of Maryland. He is also a certified project management professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.

David Williams | Vice President, Industry & Innovation
David Williams brings over 20 years’ experience in product marketing, digital strategy and program development to SiteHawk. His rich experience includes working on projects for clients such as Bridgestone/Firestone, MSN, Vanderbilt University, Meredith and Google to name a few. His diverse work responsibilities across various business functions uniquely qualify him to lead the team which guides the design and evolution of SiteHawk products. Williams attended the University of Louisville where he studied psychology and is a Certified Product Owner (CSPO).

Brooke Marcum | Director of Customer and Content Services
Brooke Marcum has over 12 years’ experience in customer service and management with a specific focus in the chemical and computer manufacturing industry. Since 2004, Ms. Marcum has focused her efforts at SiteHawk on chemical information management, project management, customer education and communication, and production management. Marcum has been integral in the growth, development and management of the customer and content services personnel and processes. In addition, she serves on the design team related to software enhancement and new feature development. Marcum earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from Middle Tennessee State University.
