The upcoming SiteHawk Communicator release is scheduled for Saturday, November 17th at 10:00 A.M. (CT) and the maintenance process may last for up to 8 hours. The enhancements to our infrastructure are necessary to bring you exciting features in the coming year. It is important to note that SiteHawk Communicator’s search, view and print functions will be available during this time. However, any changes within the application that are made during this window (such as adding/archiving SDSs, Material Approval, etc.) will not be saved.
As is always the case with any electronic system, it is recommended that you create and download an SDS Binder of your facility’s Notebook to ensure employees have access to safety information at all times. Detailed step-by-step instructions can be found in the following article or video.
Note: If your facility utilizes Service Request after downloading an SDS Binder, it is crucial that you have a paper or electronic SDS readily available. If you are concerned that this material is not in your SDS Binder, please create and download a new SDS Binder once the Service Request is complete.
SiteHawk Communicator’s regulatory data will be updated during the maintenance process. It is important to note that reporting functionality may not be comprehensive during the following 24-hour period. It is advised that users wait until 6:00 P.M. (CT) on Sunday, November 18th before utilizing SiteHawk Communicator’s reporting features.
